[をとこのまてといひおこせて侍ける]かへりことによみ侍ける相摸たのむるにたのむへきにはあらねとも／まつとはなくてまたれもやせむ時々ものいふおとこのくれゆくはかりに／なといひて侍けれはよめるなかめつゝことありかほにくらしても／かならすゆめにみえはこそあらめ

Translation
GSIS XII: 678 [Composed in reply to a man] who sent a message saying, “Wait!” -Sagami. Who would be trusted / is a man not wise to trust, / for all his promises, / and yet although I do not ‘wait’, / I find melf somehow waiting.
