Transliteration

WKRS 555 ransei no hana no toki no kinchō no moto / rosan no ame no yo no sōan no uchi

Translation

WKRS 555 You in the “Orchid Bureau” at this time to flowers / beneath the embroidered curtains; / me, here in Mount Lu on a rainy night, / inside my thatched hut…
